Our pricing depends on your guest count, event location, rental duration and the package you choose. Every event is unique, so we provide a personalized quote based on your requirements. Luxury toilet trailer packages for the 2026 season start from 1500€ + VAT.

As a general guideline, one Royal WC double-toilet trailer comfortably serves up to 100 guests during a typical 6-8 hour event. Larger guest counts, longer celebrations, or events where alcohol is served may require additional trailers to maintain guest comfort and minimize waiting times.

Every rental includes delivery, setup, collection after your event, a fully stocked luxury toilet trailer, and at least one scheduled service check. Depending on the package you choose, additional services such as on-site attendants, hourly maintenance checks, amenities baskets and extended event coverage may also be included.

We recommend booking as early as possibly, particularly for weddings during Crete’s busy season (May through October). Popular dates can book several months in advance, so securing your trailer early helps ensure availability.

No. Royal WC luxury toilet trailers are fully self-contained and powered by onboard diesel generators, so no external electricity is required. This allows them to operate at outdoor venues, private estates, and remote locations throughout Crete.

No. Each Royal WC luxury toilet trailer carries its own onboard fresh water supply, allowing it to operate independently without connection to the venue’s water system.

We recommend allowing a minimum area of 6m x 4m for each luxury toilet trailer. This includes space for delivery, maneuvering, setup and guest access. We confirm your site is suitable during a pre-booking site inspection.

Each Royal WC luxury toilet trailer requires a minimum set up space of 6m x 4m on flat, stable ground. Safe vehicle access is required for delivery and maneuvering, with a minimum clearance height of 3m for gates, entrances and access roads. The setup area must also be free from overhead obstructions such as trees, cables, awnings or low building structures.

Yes. Our luxury toilet trailers are fully autonomous and are ideal for remote venues throughout Crete, including locations with limited or no permanent restroom facilities. Before confirming your booking, we carry out a site inspection to ensure safe vehicle access, adequate setup space, and suitable ground conditions.

No. Our trailers require firm, level ground with safe vehicle access for delivery and collection. Suitable surfaces include pavement, concrete, compacted gravel, hard-packed dirt, and stable grass. Steep slopes, sand, mud or unstable ground are not suitable. Every venue is inspected before booking to ensure it meets our safety requirements.

Each Royal WC trailer contains two private restroom suites—one for ladies and one for gentlemen. Each suite includes a flushing toilet, sink with running water, air conditioning, full-length mirror, vanity mirror, LED lighting, and premium interior finishes. Based on your guest count and event duration, we’ll recommend the appropriate number of trailers to keep guests comfortable and wait times short.

No. Unlike traditional chemical portable toilets, Royal WC trailers feature flushing toilets, enclosed waste tanks with natural enzyme products, ventilation, and air conditioning to maintain a fresh, pleasant environment throughout your event. Regular servicing by our team helps keep the facilities clean, odor-free, and comfortable.

Additional hours may be available, subject to availability, and any extra time will be charged according to your rental agreement.

For larger events or selected service packages, Royal WC attendants monitor water levels, waste tanks, cleanliness, and restroom supplies during your event. If required, water can be replenished from a suitable nearby source to keep the trailers running smoothly.

The wastewater is stored safely in sealed onboard holding tanks throughout the duration of your event. After your event, the wastewater is transported back to our warehouse facility and emptied into our approved septic system.

Yes. Our luxury restroom trailers are available for multi-day events. We’ll create a customized rental package that includes any servicing required throughout your event.

Unlike standard portable toilets, luxury toilet trailers provide a real restroom experience. Guests enjoy flushing toilets, running water, climate control, full length mirrors, spacious interiors and elegant finishes. They also eliminate many of the common complaints associated with portable toilets, such as unpleasant odors, cramped interiors, little or no lighting and no running water. Yes. Our trailers have onboard fresh water and wastewater tanks, allowing them to operate without a sewer connection. This makes them ideal for outdoor weddings and venues where permanent restroom facilities are unavailable. For larger events or extended rental periods, our team monitors water and waste levels and services the trailers if/as required.
